The fresh Thai Mix is comprised of three ingredients and is used in the preparation of Asian dishes.
The sharp red chillies, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves complement each other beautifully in a Thai red curry or tom kha gai.
The lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves should be removed prior to serving; the chillies can be eaten (but be careful, they’re hot!).
The Thai Mix should be stored at fridge temperature.
